Rouse Lawyers has acted for Idea 11 since it was founded by James Kahn and Bianca Kahn.
Idea 11 is an IT consulting firm that specialises in digital transformations, cloud infrastructure, software development and managed services for mid-market corporate and government clients. It is a significant AWS partner in Queensland and has recently expanded into NSW.
The partnership with PieLAB Council Capital will allow Idea 11 to become a national provider for mid-market digital transformation services.
Rouse Lawyers represented Idea 11 throughout the entire transaction, including negotiation of the share purchase agreement and both founders’ employment agreements.
