Mahoney Smith is the head of our property team and has more than 15 years of experience in real estate law.
Mahoney works across a variety of sectors assisting clients with acquisitions and disposals, property developments, leasing and management agreements.
A full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and undergoing continuous education including a Masters in Applied Law (Wills and Estate Planning) equip Tammy to focus on practical and effective outcomes for her clients. She has experience with varying levels of complexity, from simple to complex business structures, intricate family dynamics, special needs circumstances and structuring focused on tax effectiveness, asset protection down to simple solutions often overlooked.
Peter works in franchising, distribution and mergers, and acquisitions. His clients range from SMEs to global corporations with an Australian presence.
Developing a deep knowledge of his client’s business is paramount to Peter to ensure he provides quality and timely advice to his client’s.
Stephanie brings to Rouse demonstrated experience in several litigation and insolvency matters.

Charlotte has practiced intellectual property and commercial law for more than 10 years, excelling in working across legal jurisdictions. She is admitted in Denmark but not in Australia.

Matthew Shearing is a technology & business lawyer who joined the Rouse team in 2019. His passion is helping individuals and businesses understand, manage and overcome the challenges of doing business in the digital age.
Aaron is the Team Leader in Employment & Workplace Relations Law at Rouse. He brings 10 years’ experience in this area to focus on protecting SMEs from all types of employment, workplace and industrial disputes.
Aaron also advises on all aspects of workplace-related obligations such as independent contracting, discrimination, safety, workers’ compensation, whistleblowing, payroll tax and superannuation.
