Street-smart, Business-Savvy Commercial Lawyers

There are plenty of commercial law firms in Brisbane but they are far from equal.

At Rouse Lawyers, we don’t just offer a legal service – we work in partnership with you to gain a deep understanding of your goals. Our role is to get you the best possible deal for your individual business setting to give your business the edge.

Unlimited Upside and Fee Certainty = Good Value Commercial Law

Rouse Lawyers are the preferred business lawyers for some of Brisbane’s most prestigious enterprises and high-net-worth entrepreneurs.

Our clients network includes national and global enterprises. With a finger on the pulse of technology, we bring our expertise to you wherever you do business.

We couldn’t be in that position without offering outstanding ROI alongside a ‘no surprises’ fee policy that gives business owners and decision-makers certainty.

No two businesses are the same, no two transactions are the same. That’s what causes wild fluctuations in the legal fees endured by many companies as they push into new opportunities.

Not here at Rouse lawyers — we offer a number of engagement models to suit different business structures and transaction frameworks. They all have one thing in common: whether we are charging a fixed fee or a case-based estimate, you can be sure that you will always have cost certainty.

Peace of Mind

There’s not a lot of genuine ‘peace of mind’ in business. The stakes can be high, the budget can be tight, and the stakeholders can be challenging.

As experienced commercial lawyers, we bring you proven results, a wealth of ‘real world’ business experience, sophisticated risk mitigation and cost certainty. It’s as close as your average commercial risk taker will come to a sense of peace.

We work with you to make every deal as smooth as possible aiming for outcomes that ensure you get to enjoy the fruits of your labour.

We acted for the management shareholders of Kaon Holdings Pty Ltd in the sale of the company to Siemens Limited.

Kaon was acquired by Siemens for its world-leading fuse saver technology.

"I would be happy to recommend your firm to anyone"

Thank you Tammy very much for completing our Will and Powers of Attorney for myself and Aysha. It was something that we have been meaning to do for such a long time. You made such a complicated task feel like a walk in the park. Your insightful comments and proposed strategies for our Will and powers of Attorney were crucial in us making the right decision in the end. The efficiency and speed with which it was finalised was outstanding and I would be happy to recommend your firm to anyone. Thank you and your team for putting our minds at ease.
