We acted for the shareholders of PaymentHub who sold their payment services company to Australia’s largest direct debit service provider, EziDebit.
The sale involved multiple bids and a complex share sale agreement involving some deferred consideration.
The recurring revenue nature of our client’s business enabled them to achieve an above-average return with the buyer seeing the strategic value in the acquisition.
Sale of Kaon to Siemens Ltd
We acted for the management shareholders of Kaon Holdings Pty Ltd in the sale of the company to Siemens Limited.
Kaon was acquired by Siemens for its world-leading fuse saver technology.
