Street-smart, business savvy lawyers in BrisbaneThere are plenty of commercial law firms in Brisbane, but they are far from equal. At Rouse Lawyers, we don’t just offer a legal service – we work in partnership with you to gain a deep understanding of your goals and commercial drivers. Our role is to get the best possible deal for you, considering all the unique factors that give your business the edge.
Unlimited upside and fee certainty = good value commercial lawRouse Lawyers are the chosen business lawyers for some of Brisbane’s most prestigious enterprises and high net worth entrepreneurs. Our network of clients also includes national and global enterprises. With a finger on the pulse of communications technologies, we bring our expertise to you, wherever you do business. We couldn’t be in that position without offering outstanding ROI, alongside a ‘no surprises’ fee policy that gives business owners and decision makers certainty. No two businesses are the same; no two transactions are the same. That’s what causes wild fluctuations in the legal fees endured by many companies as they push into new opportunities. Not here. We offer a number of engagement models to suit different business structures and transaction frameworks. They all have one thing in common: whether we are charging a fixed fee or a case-based accurate estimate, you can be sure that you will always have cost certainty.
Peace of mindThere’s not a lot of genuine ‘peace of mind’ in business. The stakes can be high, the budget can be tight, and the stakeholders can be challenging. As experienced corporate lawyers, we bring you proven results, a wealth of ‘real world’ business experience, sophisticated risk mitigation, and cost certainty. It’s as close as your average commercial risk taker will come to a sense of peace. We work with you to make every deal as smooth as possible, always striving for outcomes that ensure you get to enjoy the fruits of your labour.

“We recently engaged Rouse Lawyers to assist us in purchasing our first home. The support we received from Jesse Mason and his team was invaluable, easing the overwhelming emotions of being first time homebuyers. He supported us to understand both the land and home contracts, walking us through the process and promptly responding to any concerns, which made the whole process smooth, affordable and manageable”.
"I would highly recommend Ben and the Rouse Lawyers team"
We are expanding our growing business into new areas. Ben Thorn took the time to understand our needs and delivered timely and expert advice. In addition to his coverage of the commercial transactions, Ben guided us through each step of the process of registering our trade mark. I would highly recommend Ben and the Rouse Lawyers team.
“Michelle obviously had a wealth of experience”
“Michelle, at Rouse Lawyers, was very professional in helping us, ForkForce Australia, protect one of our domain names against a competitor’s legal dispute. Michelle obviously had a wealth of experience and she quickly helped diffuse a potentially larger legal situation to achieve a favourable outcome. Thanks again Michelle.”
