• Provides a space clients enjoy visiting.
• Embodies a ‘client first’ mindset.
• Is a phone wizard, showing interest in the caller’s need and deftly triaging them to the right person.
• Gets a buzz from interacting with different people.
• Doesn’t bat an eyelid at multitasking effectively.
• Is a stickler for details – you kick yourself when you type ‘their’ instead of ‘they’re’.
• Has experience using Microsoft programs, practice management software / workflow programs will get bonus points.
• Is that ‘go to’ person to get things done right first time.
• Is available to share their light in person Mon-Fri 0830-1730.
