Overview of Responsibilities
The core objective of this role is one of hospitality, ensuring clients are greeted on the phone and in the office in a prompt and friendly manner, as well as making their visit to the office comfortable.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of the regular and day-to-day tasks that the OE will be responsible for completing. To support the firm undertake its professional and client obligations, the OE may be required to undertake additional tasks to the below list.

Experience, qualifications and skills
Rouse recognises that experience its employees bring from outside the legal industry strengthens the firm’s capabilities and multi-culture. As such, experience in the legal industry is not essential, we welcome applications from individuals who can show evidence that they will extend Rouse’s warm welcome to all external parties, on the phone and in the office.
