We were pleased to receive the following testimonial in this transaction:

“The business in which my wife and I were partners, through our self-managed superannuation fund, received a purchase offer from a multinational entity that all partners believed was a good offer. While the company employed solicitors to act on behalf of the shareholders, we employed Rouse Lawyers to ensure that all the negotiations were at industry standards but also ensured that the negotiations were appropriate for our self-managed superannuation fund.

Peter and his team did a marvellous job of providing alternative clauses to the original agreement that benefited all shareholders as well as keeping us well informed as to why their suggestions were important in the negotiations. We have used Rouse Lawyers for other matters in the past and found them to be very helpful and engaging and this recent situation has confirmed to us that any further business dealings that we have, Rouse Lawyers will be overseeing our side of the negotiations.”

– Malcolm Ferguson, now former major shareholder of Macspred Australia.
