Under the transaction, XKG merged with its long term partner Vrai Pty Ltd (Vrai) immediately prior to completion of sale to IAG.
The combination of XKG, Vrai and IAG diversifies each business, strengthens their collectively client value proposition, provides a robust forward pipeline of work opportunities and provides a strong platform for further organic and inorganic growth.
