We have a pressing need for a Senior Corporate Lawyer to assist with increasing deal flow in our mid-market M&A practice.
Deal sizes are typically $5M to $100M acting a range of sellers and buyers.
Our work is mostly unregulated. Someone with regulated / IPO experience would be interesting but it is not work we chase or need.
There is one partner / another partner equivalent and two associates in the current team.
We need to add another senior corporate lawyer who can run point on a deal.
A secondary skill set / specialty would be a great addition to the role. Technology / Franchising are two other areas where the practice has specialist offerings under the commercial banner.
The ideal candidate would be someone who had some clients of their own, so a senior SA chasing partnership or an existing partner. Clients are not essential as deal flow is very solid.
