Rouse Lawyers has acted for Exobiz since it was founded by Michael Duncan and Steven Aish.
The acquisition comes after MYOB announced a new direct sales and service channel model for ERP solutions, and the acquisition is vital in enabling MYOB’s growth in that sector.
Rouse Lawyers represented Exobiz throughout the entire transaction, including negotiation of the NBIO, the share purchase agreement, and each founders’ employment agreements.
