We were pleased to receive the following testimonial in this transaction:
“When we were approached by potential buyers for our SaaS business, we assembled a team of experts to assist in evaluating offers, navigate the due diligence process, and help us close a deal. Peter Rouse successfully led the legal team in closing a complex multi-national transaction. We found Peter and his team to be attentive, patient and willing to take the time to craft a deal that worked for both buyer and seller. We continue to engage Rouse Lawyers for our routine commercial law and for our future M&A activities.”
– Ben Hamilton, director of Wisenet
