Peter is an integral member of the Corporate and Commercial team. His main area of expertise is general corporate advisory and mid-market mergers and acquisitions. Peter has acted for numerous purchasers and vendors in in a wide range of industries including financial services, machinery and hospitality. Peter’s focus is on a small to medium size business client base, and he has been involved in business sale transactions upward of $25 million.
Peter is the team leader of the franchising and distribution team, which handles a number of large multinational franchisor and distributors with an Australian presence. This team also acts for smaller franchisors and distributors. The diversity of Peter’s clients has given him extensive experience to deal with all issues relating to franchising and distribution, regardless of the size of the client or complexity of the issue.
Peter is also experienced in drafting and negotiating leases for landlords and tenants. He is particularly adept at ensuring that his clients understand the wide range of issues that are relevant to leasing transactions.
